On-Site Supervision For Machine Assembly & Commissioning
On-site Supervision & Real-record of Machine Assembly & Commissioning
The most error-prone stages for custom automation equipment and petrochemical complete plants are rough assembly, messy wiring, insufficient fastening, simplified commissioning and test operation with hidden defects, which easily cause sealing leakage and residual welding flaws on pressure equipment.
We conduct phased on-site inspections during frame assembly, component pre-installation, electrical & pneumatic piping, no-load / full-load / hydrostatic & air tightness test runs. For petrochemical tanks, pipelines and reactors, we track full segmented assembly, welding, NDT and pressure testing procedures.
If assembly defects, sealing leakage, abnormal operation noise or missing safety functions are found on site, we communicate with factory technicians immediately, provide practical and implementable assembly and commissioning optimization ideas based on actual on-site conditions, and fully record all communication content, factory adjustment commitments and follow-up review schedules. The final decision on whether to adopt factory adjustment plans and how to handle the equipment belongs exclusively to you.
We only carry out process inspection, objective real-condition recording and risk archiving, fully restoring assembly quality and commissioning status of automation equipment and petrochemical pressure units.
Key Machine Supervision Items
1. Record levelness, verticality and fastening quality of frame assembly; control misalignment and assembly gaps of petrochemical cylinder segments
2. Inspect pre-install sequence, fitting clearance & assembly standards for precision parts; recheck installation of sealing gaskets and bolt tightening torque of flanges
3. Inspect high/low voltage wiring, trunking, earthing & pneumatic tightness; check explosion-proof wiring standards in chemical hazardous areas
4. Record positioning accuracy, repeat accuracy & smooth running performance of modules; inspect pipeline support load and thermal expansion compensation assembly
5. Record abnormal noise, shaking, jamming & program errors during no-load & full-load operation; witness and record full hydrostatic & air tightness tests of petrochemical equipment
6. Archive overall linkage functions and full commissioning status; record complete test of linkage startup & safety protection systems for refining plants
7. Communicate optimization requirements with factories for all abnormalities during assembly and commissioning, provide feasible adjustment schemes based on actual on-site conditions, and fully archive communication records, factory adjustment commitments and review timelines
Service Value
We supervise the full assembly and commissioning cycle of automation equipment and petrochemical pressure units, preventing factories from skipping NDT, pressure tests and cutting corners during assembly, and discuss optimization directions with suppliers on site. You can fully grasp real equipment quality before shipment and greatly reduce overseas breakdowns, medium leakage, safety risks and after-sales costs. All rights to dispose and adjust the equipment are fully reserved for you.
