Simple final random inspection only covers surface appearance and fails to detect hidden hazards including simplified heat treatment, omitted machining steps and non-standard workflows.

We conduct phased factory inspections aligned with production schedules covering raw materials, machining, welding, heat treatment and surface finishing for general precision parts. For petrochemical pressure vessels, tanks and pipelines, we add special tracking of NDT, welding procedure qualification, hydrostatic & air tightness tests, and fully document real production status of every batch.

Once we identify production deviations, material mismatch or non-compliant NDT/pressure test results, we hold technical discussions with supplier engineers on site, sort out clear and implementable technical optimization directions, and fully archive all communication records, factory adjustment schemes and adjustment cycles. All documents will be sent to you for your independent judgment on follow-up arrangements.

We only perform process inspection, objective fact recording and risk archiving, enabling you to fully grasp production details and true quality of both standard parts and petrochemical pressure components remotely.

Key Supervision & Recording Items

1. Verify batches and grades of raw materials & welding consumables to avoid material mixing or mismatch; separately review mill test certificates and spectral re-inspection records for pressure-bearing parts

2. Inspect clamping, machining procedures and machining allowance standards; specially control machining accuracy of petrochemical flanges and cylinder grooves

3. Record full execution of heat treatment (tempering, quenching, annealing); track post-weld stress relief heat treatment for pressure equipment

4. Record critical dimensions, fitting tolerances and batch consistency; recheck cylinder roundness, wall thickness and sealing surface dimensions of flanges

5. Inspect anodizing, plating, painting and anti-corrosion coating; record coating thickness and adhesion test results for chemical equipment

6. Record fitting clearance and running smoothness during trial assembly; inspect sealing performance of segmented tanks and pipelines

7. Archive all production abnormalities, non-standard procedures and potential risks; fully file non-compliant NDT records for special pressure equipment

8. Hold technical communication with suppliers for all production deviations and hidden equipment risks, issue implementable technical optimization ideas, and fully archive communication records, factory adjustment schemes and planned schedules
