As your exclusive local technical team, we conduct on-site factory audits for suppliers you shortlist, evaluating both general custom line capacity and petrochemical pressure equipment production qualifications & output, and provide authentic, traceable and unbiased field records for your supplier screening.

If shortages in production capacity, workshop equipment, QC systems or staffing are identified on site, we may provide objective reference suggestions for factory optimization and fully record all communication details. Such advice is only for technical management reference without requiring mandatory changes; the final decision on whether to request factory improvements rests solely with you.

Service Implementation Rules

1. Inspection scope is fully designated by you; we never add or reduce evaluation items without consent

2. We only record objective facts with clear evidence (on-site inventory, original document review, engineer interviews, on-site photos), and take full responsibility for all record authenticity

3. All uninspected items will be clearly listed to define service boundaries for your follow-up verification

4. No subjective judgment, recommendation bias or definitive conclusion; all comparison and final cooperation decisions rest solely with you

5. Only real factory condition recording; no capability grading

6. Objective optimization reference suggestions can be offered for identified factory shortages, with full communication records archived; no mandatory factory adjustments, all improvement plans subject to your final decision

General Inspection Dimensions (Subject To Your Requirements)

• Actual on-duty mechanical & electrical design staffing; whether dedicated engineers for petrochemical pressure equipment are available

• Production certifications: general machining qualifications & special pressure vessel manufacturing licenses

• Real completed project cases of similar custom machines and petrochemical complete plants

• Workshop processing equipment, welding & NDT machines, heat treatment workshops, assembly space and commissioning facilities

• Real status of production workflow, process management, on-site QC and NDT laboratory

Service Mode

One factory takes 1 to 3 days for full on-site inspection and bilingual audit report. Multiple factories are charged separately. This core pre-purchase risk control service applies to both custom automation and petrochemical equipment procurement.
